2017 NFL Week 1 2017 Bookie Betting Report

A new season in the NFL gets underway this Thursday night with the Kansas City Chiefs going on the road as 8.5-point underdogs against the defending Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots. In a few of the other 1 p.m. NFL games in Week 1, Atlanta is a seven-point road favorite against the Chicago Bears and Tampa Bay is currently listed as a slight 2.5-point favorite on the road in an in-state showdown against the Miami Dolphins. The Pittsburgh Steelers are the biggest road favorite on the board this week with Cleveland getting eight points at home in that 1 p.m. NFC North clash.

Tennessee is set as a two-point favorite at home against the Oakland Raiders, Houston is favored at home by 5.5 points against Jacksonville and Arizona is favored by a point and a half on the road against the Detroit Lions in the other 1 p.m. starts.

In another late start, the Los Angeles Rams will try and open the new season on a winning note as 3.5-point home favorites against Indianapolis.
