Use This Report: Weekly Stats
We’ve crafted a new report called Weekly Stats and it will be displayed under the tab FIGURES.
The objective of this report is to show an aggregate summary of all the softwares that we support including the following:
Sports
Dynamic live 1
Dynamic live 2
Live Casino
Virtual Casino
Prop Builder
The report has the ability to filter it by sub-agent, player, and by type. This last one will be shown as a sub or as the player summary. Simply click one specific software to show their individual performance.
It gives the agent the opportunity to visualize the hold on that specific software in order to make the best decision in regards to what needs to be adjusted.
Among the values displayed will show the following:
Agent – (Sub-agent that it belongs to)
Amount of players
Bet count
Volume (handle)
Win/loss
Hold%
It has a color scheme to help the agent identify which ones are in their benefit (green) and against them (red).
There’s a plus sign on the far right that will allow the report to expand by player ID.
Please note that in regards to the live casino, the information displayed are not the hands but the amount of transactions. It happens the same for the virtual casino.
Also, since all these softwares have a different time when they close down the week, some numbers might not be exact because they can fall on the next day and it might cause the values to differ.
